The Sales Director is responsible for business results within a wide geographic area. The director will provide leadership, vision, and coaching for a team of district sales managers (DSMs) and independent dealers; develop strategic and tactical plans that align with company goals and policies, and facilitate and support demand creation by utilizing competitive intelligence data and applying appropriate financial models, among other responsibilities.
District Sales Manager
We have an opening for a District Sales Manager (DSM) in western New York. This position is a member of the Doebler’s team, responsible for meeting sales & margin targets in a geographical area of responsibility. The DSM will drive additional demand and growth of Doebler’s products with customers and dealers. Furthermore the DSM will be responsible for demand planning and territory forecasting.
